|
James Kapustiak, MD. attended medical school at Loyola University, in Chicago,
Illinois after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Johns
Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Kapustiak's postgraduate
training included an internship at the Henry Ford Hospital, in Detroit,
Michigan, and his residency at the Wills Eye Hospital, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Kapustiak went on to complete a fellowship in Eye Plastic and
Orbital Surgery at the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Dr. Kapustiak currently is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Oculoplastics in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at the University of Chicago. Dr. Kapustiak is a member of the Chicago Medical Society, Illinois State Medical Society, American Medical Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons.
